GLOBE Journey in North Carolina, Copenhagen and Hong Kong 

Growing I was selected to be a GLOBE Scholar joining 18 future business leaders from Copenhagen Business School and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to spend three semesters traveling and studying together at all three universities, thus acting both as hosts and visitors.

We develop a strong global mindset, learn how to cope with different cultures and create life-long friendships. I gain unique cultural insights and academic experience by studying and living in three different continents.

Cope with cultural differences

Working style are so different between us. Globers from the States value relationship and want to build a more intimate relationship when working together, while we the Hong Kongers and Danish Globers are more focus on goals and efficiency rather than the process
